UK Shipping
- Standard - Standard shipping costs £3.99 and can take 2-4 working days.
- Express - Express shipping is £5.99 and can take from 1-2 working days.
- Next Day - Our DPD next day shipping is £7.99. Order before 4pm for same day dispatch and next day delivery.
Orders placed after 3pm Friday for express or next day delivery will be sent on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

All orders over £55 will receive free standard shipping (2-4 working days) note: A working day is defined as Monday to Friday
Returns
All Giveway and sale items are non-refundable. However you can still return your sale items to us for store credit or an exchange.
You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as when received
- All original tags attached and no labels removed
We ask that you try on knickers over the top of your underwear and avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents on items.
No refunds are offered for giveway, gift cards, Mystery Boxes or sale products.

Measure in CM's around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape measure flat and level across your back.
