Returns

We hope that everything in your order makes you feel great but if there's anything you don't love, we offer returns and exchanges. No refunds are offered for gift cards,accessories, including socks and tote bags. Nor Mystery Boxes and sale products. This is highlighted in product descriptions where applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In the same condition as when received
  • All original tags attached and no labels removed

We ask that you try on knickers over the top of your underwear and avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents on items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards

No refunds are offered for gift cards, accessories, including socks, tote bags, and scrunchies. Nor Mystery Boxes and sale products. This is highlighted in product descriptions where applicable.

For subscriptions we do not offer refunds, only store credit, you can only exchange the item for a different size, you are unable to exchange it for a different set.

The first exchange is completely free. Any exchanges of exchanged orders incur the return shipping fee of £3.49

Choose between a refund or a 20% bonus in Store Credit

For Store Credit: Store Credit is delivered as a virtual gift card with retained value.

For Refunds: funds will be automatically transferred back to the card you used for the purchase after we process the return.

Returns don't require the original shipping packaging but must be placed in the provided biodegradable bag.

When returning an item or order, you are required to cover the shipping cost to us

Important Information

No refunds for gift cards, sale items, accessories, mystery boxes and subscriptions.

However you can still return your sale items to us for store credit or an exchange.
