Returns:
- You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
- This policy applies to both underwear purchases and membership plans.
- To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition as when received
- With the swing tag attached
- Labels or gusset stickers not removed
- No refunds are offered for accessories, including socks, tote bags, and scrunchies.
- For subscriptions we do not offer refunds, only store credit, you can only exchange the item for a different size, you are unable to exchange it for a different set.

Return Process:
- Use our Returns Portal for a streamlined experience:
- Enter your order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Select the item(s) to return or exchange
- Download a QR code or print a label for Royal Mail
- Choose between a refund or a 15% bonus in Store Credit.
- Store Credit is delivered as a virtual gift card with retained value.
- Funds will be automatically transferred back to the card you used for the purchase after we process the return.
- Returns don't require the original shipping packaging but must be placed in the provided biodegradable bag.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges must occur within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in the same condition as received:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Labels or gusset stickers intact
- Initiate exchanges via our exchange portal:
- Enter your order number
- Select the item(s) to exchange
- Download a QR code or print a label for Royal Mail
- New order confirmation email provided for your peace of mind.

- No refunds for gift cards, sale items, or accessories.
