All orders over £55 will receive free standard shipping (2-4 working days) note: A working day is defined as Monday to Friday

International Shipping Rates
Shipping timelines are dependent on which country we are shipping to, but we aim to get all orders to our customers within 10-14 working days. Often it is quicker than this but can vary due to customs.
Unfortunately, we can't process international returns or exchanges. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Pre-Orders
New releases and some out of stock products are available to Pre-order. When you place a pre-order the expected delivery date will be shown. You will be kept informed on the status and expected shipping date of your pre-order via email.
Pre-orders can be cancelled free of charge, before they are shipped, by clicking the link in your confirmation email, managing them in the preorder portal or by emailing us at hello@lemonadedolls.com.
Once shipped, pre-orders will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
