We love making you happy so all our orders go out the door as quick as possible. To make sure we don't disappoint, we're conservative with our estimated delivery times. The great news is you don't even need to be at home to receive the parcel, all our packaging is specially designed to fit through a letter box.
UK shipping
Our standard shipping is £3.99 and can take from 2-4 working days.
Our express shipping is £5.99 and can take from 1-2 working days.
DPD Next day £7.99 - Orders placed after 3pm Friday for express or next day delivery will be sent on Monday and delivered Tuesday.
UK FREE SHIPPING
All orders over £55 will receive free standard shipping (2-4 working days) or if you're super excited about the product and what it asap then you can pay for express shipping.

REFUND POLICY
UK RETURNS
You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as when received
- All original tags attached and no labels removed
We ask that you try on knickers over the top of your underwear and avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents on items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards
No refunds are offered for gift cards, Mystery Boxes or sale products. This is highlighted in product descriptions where applicable.
For subscriptions we do not offer refunds, only store credit, you can only exchange the item for a different size, you are unable to exchange it for a different set.
The first exchange is completely free. Any exchanges of exchanged orders incur the return shipping fee of £3.49
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
You can return your order using our £10 prepaid label (the fee will be deducted from your refund), or by arranging your own postage with tracking/insurance. Please include your order number, name, address, inside the parcel, and keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
