- Express - Express shipping is Β£5.99 and can take from 1-2 working days.
- Next Day - Our DPD next day shipping is Β£7.99. Order before 4pm for same day dispatch and next day delivery.
Orders placed after 3pm Friday for express or next day delivery will be sent on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

Returns
All Giveway and sale items are non-refundable. However you can still return your sale items to us for store credit or an exchange.
You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as when received
- All original tags attached and no labels removed
We ask that you try on knickers over the top of your underwearΒ and avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents on items.
