Returns
All sale items are non-refundable. However you can still return your sale items to us for store credit or an exchange.
You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as when received
- All original tags attached and no labels removed
We ask that you try on knickers over the top of your underwearĀ and avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents on items.
