Still deciding

I love the underwear I have bought extra a couple of times because I like the fabric and the fit is great. I assumed the subscription service you pay so much and you get a single pair of underwear but I December I paid the subscription but never received anything till I questioned them what was going on and received store credit. My first month I had to email asking where it was after 7 days and it wasn't dispatched. I bought a bra aswell and the wrong size was sent. Things were resolved quickly and the team seem nice enough but it's all been a little frustrating. Still deciding if it's going to be more hassle than it's worth for good underwear
