UK Shipping
- Standard - Standard shipping costs ÂŁ3.99 and can take 2-4 working days.
- Express - Express shipping is ÂŁ5.99 and can take from 1-2 working days.
- Next Day - Our DPD next day shipping is ÂŁ7.99. Order before 4pm for same day dispatch and next day delivery.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday for express or next day delivery will be sent on Monday and delivered Tuesday
UK Free Shipping
All orders over ÂŁ55 will receive free standard shipping (2-4 working days)Â note: A working day is defined as Monday to Friday
Returns
All sale items are non-refundable. However you can still return your sale items to us for store credit or an exchange.
You have 14 days from receiving your delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a refund, the underwear must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In the same condition as when received
- All original tags attached and no labels removed
We ask that you try on knickers over the top of your underwear and avoid wearing any make-up, perfume or beauty products that can leave marks or scents on items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on underwear that does not meet acceptable hygiene standards
