Retouren
Alle afgeprijsde artikelen kunnen niet worden terugbetaald.
U kunt uw afgeprijsde artikelen echter nog steeds aan ons retourneren voor een tegoedbon of een ruiling.
U heeft 14 dagen vanaf ontvangst van uw levering om een retourzending te initiëren.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een terugbetaling, moet het ondergoed zijn:
- Ongedragen
- Ongewassen
- In dezelfde staat als ontvangen
- Alle originele labels bevestigd en geen labels verwijderd
We vragen u om slips over uw eigen ondergoed aan te passen en make-up, parfum of schoonheidsproducten te vermijden die vlekken of geuren op artikelen kunnen achterlaten.
We behouden ons het recht voor om retouren van ondergoed dat niet voldoet aan acceptabele hygiënenormen te weigeren
INTERNATIONALE RETOUREN
Wij kunnen geen ruilingen aanbieden voor internationale bestellingen.
U kunt uw bestelling retourneren met behulp van ons vooruitbetaalde label van £10 (de kosten worden in mindering gebracht op uw terugbetaling), of door uw eigen verzending te regelen met tracking/verzekering. Voeg uw bestelnummer, naam, adres toe in het pakket en bewaar uw verzendbewijs totdat uw terugbetaling is voltooid.
