Who makes your Undies?
Everything starts with who makes it. Lemonade Dolls works with trusted, transparent suppliers held to clear standards around safety, fairness and working conditions.
Factories are independently audited by Sedex, WRAP, BSCI and ISO, and regularly visited in person to ensure those standards are being met.
One of our largest partners who do 90% of our production is family-run and female-founded, reducing CO₂ emissions by over 120 tonnes and coal usage by more than 50,000kg. they are extentuon to our team and part of the LD family.
We invest around 30% more in sustainable fabrics, because responsible production means putting our money and our standards where they matter.

Fabrics
Every single Lemonade Dolls piece is 100% made with recycled materials. Our fabrics are tested globally to ensure quality, comfort, and durability.
- Lace: Our signature stretch lace is woven with recycled polyamide — soft, flexible, and planet-friendly.
- Modal: Made from renewable Beech tree fibres, our Modal uses up to 20x less water than cotton, less land, and feels softer on your skin.
- Trims: All nickel-free and OEKO-TEX® certified for skin safety and sustainability.
And nothing goes to waste — no Lemonade Dolls garment ever goes to landfill. Unsold pieces are recycled or donated to Choose Love charity, keeping our impact circular and kind.
Packaging and Delivery
Your underwear will be delivered to you in our speacially made, zip-lock garment bags (Recycled, Recyclable, and Reusable): GRS Certified: Made from 70% recycled CPE.
The swing tags (all removable) are FCS Certified and made from 100% recycled materials. Each swing tag supports responsible, renewable forestry.
We purchase carbon credits through our partner Tree Nation to help reforest the globe. This means we offer every customer the opportunity to make their purchase 100% carbon neutral at checkout.
Our fulfilment provider has been awarded the EcoVadis Bronze Award, which is a testament to our commitment to sustainable business practices. They recently launched ‘Zero-By-Thirty,’ a commitment to be 100% sustainable by 2030, and last year they became ISO 14001 accredited too!
