Verzending binnen het VK
- Standaard - Standaard verzendkosten bedragen £3,99 en de levering duurt 2-4 werkdagen.
- Express - Express verzending kost £5,99 en de levering duurt 1-2 werkdagen.
- Volgende dag - Onze DPD volgende dag verzending kost £7,99. Bestel vóór 16.00 uur voor verzending op dezelfde dag en levering de volgende dag.
Bestellingen die na vrijdag 14.00 uur zijn geplaatst voor express of volgende dag levering, worden op maandag verzonden en op dinsdag geleverd.

Alle bestellingen boven £55 ontvangen gratis standaard verzending (2-4 werkdagen) let op: een werkdag wordt gedefinieerd als maandag tot en met vrijdag
Retouren
Alle afgeprijsde artikelen kunnen niet worden gerestitueerd.
U kunt uw afgeprijsde artikelen echter nog steeds aan ons retourneren voor een tegoedbon of een ruiling.
U heeft 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw levering om een retourzending te initiëren.
Om in aanmerking te komen voor een terugbetaling, moet het ondergoed:
- Ongedragen zijn
- Ongewassen zijn
- In dezelfde staat verkeren als bij ontvangst
- Alle originele labels moeten bevestigd zijn en er mogen geen labels zijn verwijderd
Wij vragen u slipjes over uw eigen ondergoed aan te passen en make-up, parfum of schoonheidsproducten te vermijden die vlekken of geuren op artikelen kunnen achterlaten.
Wij behouden ons het recht voor om retourzendingen van ondergoed dat niet voldoet aan acceptabele hygiënenormen te weigeren
INTERNATIONALE RETOURZENDINGEN
Wij kunnen geen ruilingen aanbieden voor internationale bestellingen.
U kunt uw bestelling retourneren met behulp van ons vooraf betaalde label van £10 (de kosten worden afgetrokken van uw terugbetaling), of door zelf verzending met tracking/verzekering te regelen. Vermeld uw bestelnummer, naam, adres in het pakket en bewaar uw verzendbewijs totdat uw terugbetaling is voltooid.
